The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in any event. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any third party business.
There are 12 prizes offered over the 12 days. The details and value are listed on each giveaway post as guided by each business.
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prize is not transferable to another person and can only be received by the winner. The prize is subject to availability and each business reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
The winner will be chosen at random and announced each day by 8.30pm.
The winner each day will be notified by a DM on Instagram and announced on an Instagram story. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
To claim the prize, the winner will be contacted by the business for who they won the prize and this arranged with them directly. Smile Stories is not involved in this part of the process.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
